2016 Major Event Ticketing Info

With Eldora’s 2015 schedule of events now complete, track officials have started the ticket and campsite renewal process for the traditional major event spectacles already scheduled in 2016. Dates for Eldora’s traditional Major Event lineup are located in the following table.

Additional information and notes regarding the 2016 events and renewal process are listed below:

RENEWAL PERIOD:
Renewal notices were sent by email on October 29th to all patrons who purchased advance tickets and/or camping to the 2015 traditional Major Events. Physical renewal forms will also be mailed via USPS beginning October 30th. The deadline to renew will be Sunday, November 22nd at 11:59 PM.  Renewal orders are accepted online, by mail or by phone.

ADD & EXCHANGE DAYS:
The popular “Add & Exchange Days” will be November 30 and December 1 & 2.  Fans who complete their renewals by the November 22nd deadline will be offered the opportunity to participate in the exclusive “Add & Exchange Days” which allow loyal customers the ability to add or upgrade to seats not previously renewed.  All “Add & Exchange” orders must be completed over the phone.  No online or mail orders accepted for this special 3-day period.

PUBLIC SALE DATE:
The public sale date for all remaining 2016 traditional Major Event tickets and camping will be Saturday, December 5th at 10:00 AM (EST).  Following the “Add & Exchange Days”, all remaining ticket and campsite inventory will be locked until the public sale date of December 5th – at which time, it will become available for public sale via online sales, phone orders and walk-in customers.

ADDRESS CHANGES / TRANSFER REQUESTS:
Address or email change requests can be submitted through an individual’s patron account (eldoraspeedway.ticketforce.com) or by calling the ticket office directly (937-338-3815).  Patrons wishing to transfer their tickets and/or renewal opportunity to someone else must submit that request in writing to the ticket office.  Additional questions can be asked by calling the ticket office during regular business hours.

CHRISTMAS GIFTS:
All renewal orders completed by the November 22nd deadline are guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas!

JOKERS WILD: Kicking off the Thursday night before the Knight Before the Kings Royal and Kings Royal Week!  This night will consist of a World of Outlaws race paying $10,000 to win!  Knight Before patrons are being offered their same prime seats during this renewal time.  Patrons will also be able to add this fantastic event during the ADD & EXCHANGE days or public sale date.

CAMPING: The addition to the new and improved campsites, roadways, drainage, signage and more was a huge part of the Eldora Camping experience in 2015.  The biggest overhaul taking part at Eldora Village; therfore, causing three minor adjustments:
1. Section B, Row 1 is now called Section B, Row 5.  NO physical location of Section B has been
changed. Each row will now reflect the “plus 4”.
2. Section C, Row 1 will now begin with Space 10 (originally began with space 5) this will cause a
southward shift of spaces.  All spaces in this row will now reflect the “plus 5”.
3. Section C, Row 2-3-4-5 will now begin with Space 12 (originally each row began with space 9).
All spaces in these rows will now reflect the “plus 3” southward shift.

NCWTS EVENT:
NASCAR has yet to release their 2016 schedule for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.  Once they solidify dates, we will send additional information regarding the renewal process for NCWTS event tickets.
