This section of the website is your official source for information regarding the exciting June 8th special event at Tony Stewart's Eldora Speedway! As race week approaches, you will find daily news bits and photos posted below. You may click on the following links to view other areas of interest:

Camping: Any plastic, ropes, etc. put out before June 3 has been, or will be, removed by the Eldora management. Do not attempt to reserve camping spots before that time.

General Admission Seating: You may not attempt to save or mark off spots in the north or south terrace until Wendesday morning at 8:00 am. Anything placed on the grounds before that time will be removed.

Showers: The rolling showers will be in operation from Wednesday morning, June 8th, through Sunday morning, June 12th.


Activities: In addition to the many souvenir vendors, Nextel will have their NASCAR simulator on hand. There will also be a trade expo in the north barns from noon through 8:00 pm on Wednesday. Included in the expo will be:

- Muddslinger Magazine & Miss Muddslinger
- Cellular Phones of Darke County (Nextel)
- Skillman High Performance Parts
- Stout's RV Sales
- Lucas Oil Products
- Micro-Reality Race Track

June 8: (4:36 pm) - The excitement at Eldora this afternoon is like nothing ever witnessed in the 51 year history of the track! Local and national news media is on hand, the drivers are arriving, and the crowd is flowing into the grandstands for the Nextel Prelude to the DREAM! Speed Channel will be doing several live break-ins on its Nascar Nation show tonight. Several photos from around the track have been uploaded below.
