ELDORA SPEEDWAY COURT TO BE DETERMINED JUNE 5
ROSSBURG, OH (March 22) - For two young ladies
it will be the end of a memorable journey, but for many other
girls, it will be only the beginning. Queens Dusti Rayburn and
Andrea Pyles will see their reigns as Ms. Eldora Speedway come
to a close on Thursday evening, June 5, as they watch over the
third annual pageant to determine their successors.
The popular event is held inside the Eldora
Ballroom on the grounds of the speedway, and features a multi-level
competition to determine Eldora's royalty from amongst a maximum
of 25 entrants. Interviews, impromptu questioning and stage
appearances in several themed outfits are among the steps the
celebrity judges use to determine the girls to represent Eldora
Speedway in victory lane effective with the Dirt Late Model
Dream two
nights later.
Additionally, the overall winner receives
a cash price of $2,000, while the runner-up is entitled to $1,000
and the first alternate is compensated with $250. Each of the
trio also receives a beautiful tiara.
