USAC TO HOST AUTOGRAPH SESSION DURING MOPAR THUNDER WEEKEND AT ELDORA SPEEDWAY

Center Line, Mich. - Race fans will have an opportunity to get up close and personal with the stars of the USAC Valvoline National Sprint Car Series during the Mopar Thunder Weekend at Eldora Speedway, as USAC will host an autograph session on Saturday, August 6. The event is scheduled to take place from 2:30 p.m. EST to 3:30 p.m. EST in the trade show building, located between Turns 3 & 4 at Eldora Speedway.

As the entries continue to roll in for the second running of the Mopar Thunder Weekend at Eldora, it is expected that more than 40 drivers will attend the autograph session. Jay Drake, Dave Darland, Levi Jones, Josh Wise, Bud Kaeding, Dickie Gaines and many more USAC stars will be on hand to sign autographs and pose for photos.

The Mopar Thunder Weekend event finale, featuring the USAC Valvoline National Sprint Car Series, boasts a $50,000 payout to the top finisher in the A-main feature event, and will pay $2,000 to all 26 A-main starters. With a total weekend purse of over $200,000, the event will attract some of the best sprint car drivers in the world.

The outstanding weekend of open-wheel racing will kick off with the All-Star Circuit of Champions on Thursday, August 4, followed by the World of Outlaws on Friday, August 5. The Mopar Thunder Weekend finale, featuring the USAC Vavoline National Sprint Cars, will wrap up the events on Saturday, August 6.
