Located high above turns three and four, the suites
feature an unequalled viewing platform for watching
the notorious action on Eldora’s high-banked
one-half mile clay oval. Each unit is climate controlled,
has individual public address controls and private
rest rooms, among other amenities. The price
of each suite includes 16 admission tickets and
suite passes. A food and drink package
is included with the rental of each suite, with
additional catering options available.
The sale of suites for the 2012 racing season will
take place in the following manner:
* Any person who purchased an annual suite for the
2011 season has until January 15, 2012 to renew
an annual lease for the 2012 season
* Any person who held a suite for a single event
during the 2011 season has the option to upgrade
to an annual lease for the 2012 season. Deadline
to upgrade is January 10, 2012
* Any suites remaining after the annual suite renewal/upgrade
period will be made available to the general public
for lease on an annual basis, beginning with the
2012 season. Deadline to express interest in an
annual suite lease is January 10, 2012. Suites (if
available) will be leased on a first come / first
served basis.
* Following all annual suite sales, single event
suites will be available for renewal to those that
purchased a single event during the 2011 season.
The option to renew a single event suite will be
made available in the order that the 2011 lease
agreements were signed. Deadline for renewal of
a single event suite is April 1, 2012
* Any person who held a single event suite during
the 2011 season and was unsuccessful in renewing
that suite for the corresponding date in 2012, will
have the option of renewing a suite for another
2012 date, if any are available following the aforementioned
renewal processes.
* If single event suites remain following all renewal
periods, they will be offered to those on waiting
lists for each respective available event. The order
that offers are extended will be based upon the
date and time of the original request.
* All single event suites available after April
1, 2012 will be made available to the general public.
