Ticketing Accounts

.

The 2021 schedule is now available. We are making final adjustments to the ticketing platform to conform with current covid-19 social distancing restrictions. On-sale dates will be announced soon.

Answers to the most frequently asked questions surrounding 2021 tickets can be found below.

+ ARE YOU DOING TICKET RENEWALS THIS YEAR?

  • There are no renewals this year because tickets from 2020 major events automatically roll to their respective 2021 dates.

+ ARE YOU DOING AN ADD & EXCHANGE PERIOD THIS YEAR?

  • There will not be an Add & Exchange period for the upcoming season. Simply because there has been no change in the ticket inventory due to the events not taking place in 2020.

+ WHEN WILL TICKETS GO ON SALE?

Officials will release on-sale dates and further ticketing information in the coming days when our new ticketing platform is released. Please note that not all events will go on sale at the same time.

+ WILL YOU BE AT FULL CAPACITY?

The current order issued by the Ohio Department of Health and Governor Mike DeWine includes the requirement to maintain six feet of social distance between ticketed groups within the facility. This reduces the number of seats available for purchase. We expect our May events to achieve a capacity close to 30% on a reserved seat basis. We are hopeful that as restrictions are eased, so will the capacity numbers.
