General admission

On Thursday, October 16, admission gates will open at 2:00 pm. Eldora staff members will walk each line into the facility in a 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙡𝙮 fashion. Lines will be walked to each respective holding area (see map below). Once all fans have safely moved inside the facility, the Eldora staff members will simultaneously release each line to begin placing chairs on the hillside. Fans are encouraged to use the attached map to ensure they end up in the area they want to place chairs. Tickets will not be needed to enter the facility at 2:00 pm.

Gates will then close at 3:00 pm on Thursday for a complete sweep of the facility. All fans inside at that time will be asked to proceed outside the gates. Grand opening of all gates is scheduled for 4:00 pm. Chairs may continue to be placed on the hillsides once gates are reopened (just make sure you have your ticket at that point!)

𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗬 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦!
The two lines previously at the main gate have moved to allow for easier access and better maintained and orderly lines once gates open.
One new entry point will now be the gate located on the far south side of the grandstands (look for the checkered flag on the fence). Patrons and chairs can form a line along the outside of the fence, beginning at that gate and moving south. At 2:00 pm, the line will be walked in and held between the grandstand and south beer stand.

The second new entry point will be at the large gate at the north end of the grandstand. That line will form at the booster wall and extend north along the bypass fence. At 2:00 pm, the line will be walked inside and held at the end of the grandstand / start of the NTA section.

Do not line up at the main gate. Those doors will remain closed during the hillside chair placement process.

Notes:
* Chairs may be left in the same location for the duration of the event, once placed.
* Do not drive stakes or any object into the grass. Do not spray paint the grass.
* Use of rope or caution tape is permitted to tie chairs together.
* Be a good neighbor. Please reserve only the amount of space necessary to fit the number of chairs/patrons in your group. Unused hillside space that remains by race time on Saturday night - whether saved/roped off or not - may be used by Eldora staff members to fill seating needs for other patrons looking for space.

When upgrading a reserved seat ticket – you still retain the reserved seat location.

Regular full price pit passes are available at any ticket window around the track.

More Camping Info

Lot info for the 45th Dirt Track World Championship:

Please be considerate of your neighbors and limit your driving to the camping roads. Consider driving and parking straight in and out of your lots so that you do not disturb your neighbor’s site. If you are new to camping, please ask an experienced camper to help you get parked – everyone is friendly!

In order to use Golf Carts on Eldora property, a Golf Cart application must be filled and filed with the Speedway. Proof of insurance is also required. See Golf Cart Application button to download form.

Restroom access available.

All lots at Eldora are dry camping (water and electric hookups not available). However, Porta Kleen is on the grounds to pump and fill tanks (fee) during reserved camping weekends. Showers are available during the major event weekends.

Please be aware of local restrictions on the transport of firewood, due to the Emerald Ash Borer.
