INFORMATION ON FRIDAY PROGRAM:
Tickets, pit passes and live streams from the Friday program are all good for the Saturday morning show. Tickets must say ‘FRIDAY’ for valid entry into the Saturday morning/afternoon show. The track will be cleared following the first show and then re-opened for the regularly scheduled World 100 finale Saturday evening, at which time tickets saying ‘SATURDAY’ will be honored.

Pit Pass Armbands: All armbands from the originally scheduled World 100 September weekend will need to be exchanged for a new armband. This can be done at any ticket window (main gate, turn four or turn three windows)

Parking Update: There are some unique dynamics to this weekend’s rescheduled World 100, including the fact that so many people will be converging upon Eldora in such a short window of time – via personal vehicle, campers, RVs and haulers. Also, many fans who traditionally camp are staying at hotels or day-tripping this time. Please read the following traffic and parking tips:  CLICK HERE

Coolers: Coolers up to 14” are permitted. No glass bottles. Ohio Revised Code 4301.62 prohibits the carry in or carry out of alcoholic beverages. All coolers will be inspected for compliance to this law.

Carry-In Items – To ensure the safety of all Guests, carry-in items will be inspected prior to entrance. Bags, backpacks, coolers, purses, etc. larger than 14″ x 14″ x 14″ will not be permitted into the Speedway in accordance with the Eldora Speedway size requirement. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drink inside the track. Alcohol and any food or beverage in a glass bottle will not be permitted.

Medical: A fully staffed First Aid Station is located near the Middle Gate (Turn 4). Hours of operation will be posted.

Golf Carts – Golf Carts are welcome in the Speedway campgrounds, but must meet Speedway safety specifications.  The Golf Cart Permit station will be near the Middle Gate (Turn 4). Hours of operation will be posted. All Golf Carts will be required to be registered and must display an Eldora Speedway 2018 Golf Cart Permit.  Golf Cart parking is outside of the Turn 4 gate.  NO Golf Carts are permitted in the main parking lot.  STATE LAW: Golf Carts are not permitted on any roadway.  ATVs, Gators, Mules, etc are not permitted in the campgrounds.

Parking – Eldora Speedway offers several options for parking at racing events. The Main Parking Lot is located off of State Route 118. The main entrance to the track is located at the front of this lot. Parking is also available north of the Speedway, just outside of the Turn 4 Admission Gate. On larger scale events, parking is also available across North Star Ft Loramie Rd in the Northside Camp & Park lot, as well across State Route 118 in the Eldora Village lot.

Radio – Portable radios and headsets are permitted in Eldora Speedway. The public address system can be heard on FM frequency 87.9.

Seating Update: Seat cushions are permitted. Stadium style seats may NOT exceed 18 inches in maximum width in the grandstands or bleachers. High back seats or seats with arms are prohibited. Please be courteous to those around you.

Smoking Policy: Smoking in all spectator areas, buildings and lines for concessions / merchandise / tickets is prohibited per the Ohio Department of Health. Designated smoking areas will be available.

Cornhole Tourney: The cornhole tournament was completed on September 7th. There will not be another tournament held in October.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS SURROUNDING WORLD 100 CAMPING:

Q:        Is my camping pass from the World 100 good for the re-scheduled weekend?
A:         Yes – if your permit is for an Eldora Speedway campground, it is your raincheck and good for the weekend. You will not have to pay again to camp for the re-scheduled World 100. Eldora-owned and operated campgrounds are: Lots 1-2-3-4, Eldora Village, Little E Pits, Main Lot, Northside Camp & Park, Northside Extension, Silo and South Lot. NOTE: Speedy Campground is not operated by Eldora Speedway. We do not know their raincheck policy at this time.

Q:        Will there be free camping in Lot 5?
A:         Great question and this is something that will be changing for the event. With all of Eldora’s camping sold out for the World 100, we need campsites for the additional fans coming in for the re-scheduled event and the World of Outlaws fans. We are building a new reserved campground that includes Lot 5 and a portion of the Little E spectator area. These sites will be available online beginning Friday, September 14 at 10:00 AM EDT (PURCHASE HERE)

Q:        When will the campgrounds open?
A:         Campgrounds will be open on Wednesday.

Q:        When will the South Lot open for campers?
A:         The South Lot will first be open to campers from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Wednesday. South Lot campers who plan to stay for the Sunday event must have tickets to Sunday’s World of Outlaws race.

Q:        Do I have to move my camper after Saturday night’s event so the World of Outlaws fans can move in to camp?
A:         No. Your World 100 camping permit is good for the entire weekend.

Q:        If I see an open campsite, can I park in it or move my RV there?
A:         No. All campsites for the World 100 were sold. Some people come for Saturday only. Please only camp in your designated campsite and park in designated parking lots.

Q:        I purchased a campsite from my buddy who is getting married and his fiancé’s Mom refused to move the wedding to Eldora. The permit is stuck to his RV windshield and we’re bringing our hunting trailer. What should I do?
A:         Get a picture of the permit, make it as large as possible with a note from the original account holder who purchased the campsite acknowledging he sold it to you, and put it in the window facing the speedway.

Q:        Will Portakleen still offer private rentals, RV pump-outs and fresh water fills?
A:         Yes!

Q:        Will there be showers?
A:         Hopefully just at the shower trailer! Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

In order to use Golf Carts on Eldora property, a Golf Cart application must be filled and filed with the Speedway. Proof of insurance is also required. See Golf Cart App button to download form.

Restroom access available.

All lots at Eldora are dry camping (water and electric hookups not available). However, Portakleen is on the grounds to pump and fill tanks (fee) during reserved camping weekends. Showers are available during the major event weekends.

Please be aware of local restrictions on the transport of firewood, due to the Emerald Ash Borer.
