Dates surrounding 2020 ticket sales:

  • Renewals for 2020 Major Events will go out late October.
  • The deadline to renew will be November 24.
  • Add & Exchange Days will be December 2-3-4.
  • The public sale kickoff for Major Events will be December 7.

  • Kings Royal (July 18)

Ticketing FAQ

 

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A RENEWAL?
Any ticket or campsite purchased within our ticketing system in advance of race day will have the opportunity to be renewed from 2019 to 2020 same-events. This includes online orders and phone orders. (Walk-up sales on race day cannot be renewed because we would not have record of the ticket holder).

WHEN CAN I RENEW MY TICKETS?
The ‘Major Event’ renewal window will be open late October – November 24th. Renewal notices will be sent by email as well as a hard copy via the US Postal Service.  Renewals can be completed online (easiest method), by mail or by phone.  Renewals for all other events will take place in February (additional info to come later).

HOW CAN I ADD OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS OR CAMPSITES?
The popular “Add & Exchange Days” will be December 2-3-4. Fans who complete their renewals by the November 24th deadline will be offered the opportunity to participate in the exclusive “Add & Exchange Days” which allow loyal customers the ability to add or upgrade to seats not previously renewed. All “Add & Exchange” orders must be completed over the phone. No online or mail orders accepted for this special 3-day period. Phones are extremely busy during this period.

WHEN IS THE PUBLIC SALE?
The public sale date for 2020 Major Event tickets and camping will be Saturday, December 7th at 10:00 AM (EST). Following the “Add & Exchange Days”, all remaining ticket and campsite inventory will be locked until the public sale date of December 7th – at which time, it will become available for public sale via online sales, phone orders and walk-in customers.

HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
You will need to submit a request in writing, which can be done in person, over email or regular mail. Information required includes all current patron contact info, all new patron contact info, all seats/campsites being transferred. Please be specific. If a patron has passed away, a handwritten letter from spouse, parent, or child of deceased is required for transfer.

WHAT IF MY EMAIL OR MAILING ADDRESS CHANGED?
Address or email change requests can be submitted through an individual’s patron account (eldoraspeedway.ticketforce.com) or by calling the ticket office directly (937-338-3815).
