Keeping the Eldora fan experience as a high priority, Tony Stewart gave his nod of approval on a new big screen for the facility last fall. Ohio based LED3 was awarded the project and put the finishing touches on installation earlier this week. The new screen will be in operation beginning with #LetsRaceTwo weekend May 5 & 6.

The new screen measures just over 63′ long and 38′ tall. While overall surface area is similar to the old screen (the new screen is 3% larger), the major difference comes in the way of resolution. This new HD version features 2.5 times the number of LEDs – which will offer up a crisper picture at any viewing distance. In total, the screen is made up of over 2.2 million pixels.
