Ticket & Camping Availability

Add & Exchange Days for ALL 2025 events runs February 3rd through the 7th. Phone lines will be open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day at (937) 338-3815.

During this special week, anyone who completed their 2025 ticket renewal by the deadline is eligible to add additional seats or races to their order – or exchange their existing seat location for something new. There is no charge to change seat locations during this special Add & Exchange window. It is the only time in which exchanges are permitted.

Heads up: Add & Exchange Days are the busiest days of the year for the ticket office due to the program’s popularity. At this time, there is no option to exchange seats online (we are working hard with our ticketing provider to automate this in the future). For now, it must be done via phone. The ticket office can handle up to 30 callers at one time and will have over 20 staff members on site each day processing exchanges. Once your call is received and you enter the call queue, the system will update you on your place in the line to speak with one of our agents. If you receive a busy signal, please continue to try again. Historically, the first two days are the most difficult to get through on the phones. Call volume begins to slow on the third day and it becomes much easier by the end of the week.

• Renewals for the 2025 season were very strong (our highest renewal rate ever) so there’s no guarantee that a certain seat is available. To help fans decipher what might still be available, we’ll update the following table of seating and camping areas for each race to help shed light on ticket availability. This table will be updated frequently throughout each day.
