Accessible Access – Eldora Speedway is committed to providing every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the track.

Accessible parking is available in two areas. These areas include the northeast corner of the Main Parking Lot (entry off of State Route 118), and outside of the turn 4 admission gate (entry located off of State Route 118 or North Star – Ft. Loramie Road). While the number of accessible parking spaces is more than adequate, guests are still encouraged to arrive prior to race time to improve their chances of obtaining an accessible parking space.
There is also parking available for large school buses and large charter/tour buses in this area. Guests traveling to the Speedway in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Eldora offices at (937) 338-3815 for information on parking locations.

Eldora Speedway has accessible seating available in many seating areas. Guests requesting accessible seating can call the Eldora office at (937) 338-3815 for additional information.

Alcohol Policy – You must be 21 to purchase, possess, or consume all alcohol products on Eldora Speedway premises. Ohio Revised Code 4301.62 prohibits the carry in or carry out of alcoholic beverages. All coolers will be inspected for compliance to this law. For those fans over the age 21, alcohol can be purchased inside the track gates.

Animals – Eldora Speedway welcomes Seeing Eye Dogs or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited inside the track gates.

ATM Machines – For your convenience, there are four ATM machines located on the grounds of Eldora Speedway. One machine is located at the base of the Control Tower under the Main Grandstands, the second machine is located just inside the turn 4 admission gate, the third located in the breezeway of the infield building, and the fourth inside the Eldora Ballroom.

Ballroom – Many consider the Eldora Ballroom to be one of the true hidden gems of the area. Located along State Route 118, the current ballroom was built by local band leader Earl Baltes in 1948 to replace the original ballroom he had purchased from Mrs. Mary Schuh in 1944. Over the years, the Eldora Ballroom has hosted a variety of events ranging from bands, dance nights, banquets, receptions, blood drives, private parties, and more.

Between 2023 & 2024, the historic ballroom underwent a massive renovation project exceeding $2 million. The Eldora Ballroom now features beautiful exposed rafters, a state of the art full commercial kitchen capable of catering large groups, a giant HD LED video board, multiple large HD TVs, a swanky bar/cocktail area, a VIP room, and an outdoor patio and gathering space that overlooks a large glistening pond along with the World’s Greatest Dirt Track® – Eldora Speedway.

Booster Wall – The Booster Wall is located just outside the north end of the main grandstands.  The booster wall contains permanently engraved tiles of two different sizes.  Available tile sizes are 4” x 8” with up to three lines of engraving or 8” x 8” with up to six lines of engraving.  Each line can hold up to 20 characters including spacing and punctuation.  Booster tiles are added to the wall three times during the year – during the Dirt Late Model Dream weekend, Kings Royal weekend, and World 100 weekend.  Order forms and additional information can be obtained by visiting the following link: HERE.

Cameras & Video Equipment – Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders into the speedway for personal use. Cameras and video recorders are welcomed provided their dimensions do not exceed the 14″ x 14″ x 14″ size requirement. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures. Tripods, monopods, and other camera support devices are not permitted. Eldora reserves the right to remove any guests who do not cooperate with this policy.

Camping – Eldora offers plenty of camping for race fans wishing to spend the weekend at the speedway. Over 5,000 camping spaces surround the facility. Camping lot availability and pricing varies by event.

All reserved camping spaces for major event weeks are eligible for renewal from year to year.

All other events:

Restroom access available. All lots at Eldora are dry camping (water and electric hookups not available). However, Porta Kleen is on the grounds to pump and fill tanks (fee) during reserved camping weekends. Eldora shower trailers are available during the major event weekends ($7).

Carry-In Items – To ensure the safety of all Guests, carry-in items will be inspected prior to entrance. Bags, backpacks, coolers, purses, etc. larger than 14″ x 14″ x 14″ will not be permitted into the speedway in accordance with the Eldora Speedway size requirement. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks inside the track. Alcohol and glass is not permitted.

Concessions – There are four permanent concession stands on the grounds of Eldora Speedway.  The main concession stand is located atop the main grandstands on the frontstretch and carries a wide variety of food and beverage selection.  Fan favorites can be found here – including the world famous Eldora Pizza Burger. The turn four concession stand, commonly referred to as the ‘Pizza Building’, specializes in a selection of Hunt Brothers pizza and wings.  The concession stand at the base of the Turn Three VIP Suites offers a variety of food and beverage choices, as does the concession stand in the Infield Building.  A full service bar is also located atop the main grandstand on the frontstretch.  Several concession trailers are also located throughout the grounds on large event weekends.

Coolers – Guests are welcome to bring bags, backpacks, coolers, and purses into Eldora Speedway provided their dimensions do not exceed the 14″ x 14″ x 14″. Bags, backpacks, coolers, and purses are subject to inspection by Eldora Speedway personnel prior to entrance or at any time while inside the track gates.

Credit Card Policy – Credit cards are accepted at the speedway as a method of payment for event tickets, Eldora concessions, and Eldora merchandise. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are valid. For your convenience, ATM machines are located throughout the grounds.

From Toledo / Detroit: South on I-75 to Wapakoneta, west on US 33, continue west on St Route 29 to Celina, south on US 127 to North Star, turn right at traffic light, continue to Eldora Speedway.
From Fort Wayne: South on US 33 into Ohio, south on US 127 to North Star, turn right at traffic light, continue to Eldora Speedway.
From Dayton / Cincinnati: North on I-75 to I-70, west on I-70 to exit 24, north on St Route 49 to Greenville, north on US 127 to North Star, turn left at traffic light, continue to Eldora Speedway.
From Indianapolis: East on I-70 to Ohio exit 10, north on US 127 to North Star, turn left at traffic light, continue to Eldora Speedway.
From Columbus: West on I-70 to exit 24, North on St Route 49 to Greenville, north on US 127 to North Star, turn left at traffic light, continue to Eldora Speedway.

50/50 Raffle – The Eldora 50/50 Raffle takes place at each of Eldora’s events. The money that is raised benefits the Eldora Speedway Foundation and Racing For Relief. These two non-profit organizations disperse the money to the local fire departments and EMS, as well as to other local non-profit organizations. The current record for the largest jackpot is $153,812. This amount was won Friday of the World 100 on September 5, 2025. Raffle tickets can be purchased on event days at the speedway or online at Eldora5050.com if you are located within the state of Ohio.

Firearms – The possession of firearms, explosives, or weapons on Eldora Speedway property is prohibited, regardless of whether a federal or state license to possess has been issued to the possessor.

Fireworks – From time to time, the use of pyrotechnics may be part of the events presented at the speedway. The use of fireworks by guests is strictly prohibited at Eldora Speedway and in its parking and camping lots. Guests found in possession of or using fireworks/pyrotechnics are subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of state law resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

First Aid Stations – There are multiple Premier Health First Aid Stations on the grounds of Eldora Speedway. One station is located outside of the turn 4 admission gate. Another is located in the infield building. During major events, a third first aid station is utilized behind turn 1. For the protection of our guests, trained medical personnel are on duty at all racing events.

Fuel – Racing fuel is available to teams at all racing events. Eldora Speedway carries 112 Octane, 114 Octane, and Methanol.

Golf Carts – Golf Carts are welcome in Eldora’s campgrounds but must meet Eldora’s safety specifications and carry an Eldora Golf Cart permit sticker.  Read more: HERE

Grass Hillsides – All grass hillsides in turns 1 & 2 and turns 3 & 4 are General Admission Seating (first come / first served). The use of blankets and lawn chairs on the grass hillsides are allowed and encouraged. However, caution tape, rope, spray paint, rocks, or any other items used to designate your spot is strictly prohibited.

Ice – Bags of ice are available for sale at all concessions. Ice can also be purchased at the campgrounds by visiting the camping attendants.

Lost and Found – Guests may inquire about lost and found items at the Main Gate Ticket Office during an event. On non-race days, Monday-Friday during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., guests can call Eldora office at (937) 338-3815.

Major Events – Eldora holds three major events each year, each drawing fans and drivers from across the world.

Media Credentials – Working media personnel, both regionally and nationally, are welcome at all Eldora Speedway events and are permitted to use the Infield Media Center upon approval. All credential requests may be made at the following link: HERE

Merchandise/Souvenirs – Merchandise vendors are on-site at each racing event. Vendors are located in ‘Vendor Row’ outside of turn one, as well as in the ‘Fan Zone’ outside of turns 3 & 4. Official Eldora Speedway merchandise can also be purchased by visiting the official store at the base of the Turn Three VIP Suites on race day, by visiting the official merch trailer in Vendor Row on race day, or online by visiting EldoraMerch.com.

Ms. Eldora Speedway – The Ms. Eldora Speedway pageant was an annual pageant held up through the 2013 season. While the speedway still has Ms. Eldora Representatives each season, the pageant is no longer an annual event at the speedway.

Parking – Eldora Speedway offers several options for parking at racing events. The Main Parking Lot is located off of State Route 118. The main entrance to the track is located at the front of this lot. Parking is also available north of the Speedway, just outside of the turn 4 admission gate. On larger scale events, parking is also available across North Star – Ft. Loramie Rd. in the Northside Camp & Park lot, as well as across State Route 118 in Eldora Village.

Pit Access – Pit passes, which allow access to the pit area, are available at all Eldora racing events. A pit pass also allows access for general admission seating.

Minimum Age – Only persons 14 years of age or older will be admitted into the pit area. Minors 14, 15, 16, or 17 years of age must submit a Parental Consent, Release, and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement/Minor’s Assumption of Risk and Release and Waiver of Liability signed by a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions. If the waiver is not signed in the presence of an Eldora Speedway official, it must be notarized.

Purchase – Adult pit passes can be purchased from any ticket location at the speedway. Minor pit passes must be purchased at the pit gate (Gate 4).

Prelude to the Dream – The Prelude to the Dream was a dirt late model race that was held from 2005 through 2012, which featured drivers from NASCAR, IndyCar, NHRA, and the World of Outlaws.

Radio – Portable radios and headsets are permitted in Eldora Speedway. The public address system can be heard on FM frequency 87.9

Re-Entry Policy – Guests can obtain a ‘pass-out’ ticket upon leaving the track that will allow for re-entry to the event. Any guest returning to their car or leaving the event for any reason must obtain a pass-out ticket or they will not be allowed back into the event. The pass-out ticket must be accompanied by the original admission ticket stub at re-entry time.

Restrooms – Public Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the speedway grounds. Permanent restrooms are located at the south end of the main grandstands, in the Fan Zone, and in the infield building. Portable restrooms are also located behind turn 1 and turn 3, as well as throughout the campgrounds.

All portable restrooms are serviced by Porta Kleen. Fans wishing to rent a portable restroom for their campsite can contact Porta Kleen at 800-972-3800. Porta Kleen is the exclusive provider of portable restrooms at Eldora Speedway.

Seat Cushions / Seatbacks – Seat cushions are permitted. However, stadium style seats may NOT exceed 18 inches in maximum width in the grandstands or bleachers and cannot have arms/armrests. High back seats are not permitted. Please be courteous to those around you.

Suites – Located high above the North side of the race track, Eldora Speedway’s Turn Three VIP Suites feature an unparalleled viewing platform for watching the notorious action on Eldora’s high-banked one-half mile clay oval. Each unit is climate controlled, has individual public address controls, two TVs, a private restroom, among other amenities. The price of each suite includes 16 admission tickets and pit passes. A food and drink package is included with the rental of each suite, with additional catering options available for purchase. Public On-Sale Date – Tickets for all events go on sale to the general public after the renewal period.

Renewal Period – As part of the loyal customer program, all patrons who purchase advance tickets are given the opportunity to renew those same tickets and camping for the following year, prior to the public on-sale date. This renewal period takes place following the conclusion of the season.

Payment Options – Accepted payment methods include cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Lost or Stolen Tickets – Please report any lost or stolen tickets to the Eldora Speedway office at (937) 338-3815

Rain Check Policies – Should inclement weather force officials to reschedule or postpone the event, YOUR TICKET IS YOUR RAIN CHECK and will be honored on the announced date. In the event of weather cancellation, Holder will receive account credit worth face value of the ticket. Account credit does not expire and may be placed towards the purchase of any future Eldora Speedway event ticket. A rain check of a complimentary ticket (face value of $0.00) is not a valid rain check. Rain date for the major events is always the next clear and race-able day(s).

Timing & Scoring – Live timing and scoring information can be accessed on any smartphone at www.eldoraspeedway.com/livetiming or through each respective event page.

Video Board – Eldora Speedway features a giant high-definition video display in turn 2 which measures 62.5′ x 37.5’. The board displays promotional messages, commercials, timing & scoring, plus live racing action.

Will Call – Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up at the Main Gate Ticket Office, located at the front of the main parking lot. Photo ID is required to pick up all tickets at Will Call.

U

Umbrellas – Umbrellas are permitted inside the speedway. For the safety and consideration of your fellow fans, please do not open your umbrella in crowded areas.
