2013 Dirt Late Model Dream, Kings Royal and World 100 Weekends Set

ROSSBURG, OH (Oct. 17) – With today’s exciting announcement of enhancements to the 2013 Eldora Speedway major event schedule, ticketing manager Tess Thwaits has released ticket and campsite renewal information for 2012 patrons.

“We are excited about this year’s renewal process,” commented Thwaits.   “This will be the first time that our fans will be able to renew their seats and campsites at the same time – in one order.  Our online system, TicketForce, has proven to be flawless and its ease of use has allowed race fans to purchase tickets in the comfort of their home, quickly, at any hour of the day.”

Renewal notices for existing customers, giving them the opportunity to retain their purchases for 2013’s Dirt Late Model Dream (June 6-7-8), Kings Royal (July 12-13) and World 100 (September 5-6-7), are being prepared by the ticketing staff and will be released this week.   That notice will include a November 16 deadline for patrons to retain or drop tickets and/or campsites.

Thwaits continued, “Another exciting opportunity for our renewing customers is the ‘Drop and Add’ period of November 26-29.”  During this time, 2012 Eldora patrons will have exclusive first rights at upgrading their tickets and/or campsites before they go on sale to the public, online or by phone, Saturday, December 1 at 10 a.m.

With the aggressive expansion of the 19th annual Dirt Late Model Dream and the 43rd annual World 100, renewing fans will have the opportunity to carry their Saturday night seats of those events over to Thursday and/or Friday night.

In another welcome announcement, Eldora Speedway officials have confirmed that there will be no increase in ticket pricing for their three marquee events – continuing a long standing tradition of affordability for quality historic events.

Renewing fans will be given complete instructions on how to retain their 2012 purchases.  Once the public sale date has been reached, race fans will be able to purchase their tickets/campsites online at 24 hours per day, or by calling the Eldora office (937) 338-3815 during normal business hours.   December 1 will feature special office hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
