Eldora officials, in concert with the nation’s premier sanctioning bodies and promoters, continue working with local, state and federal authorities on determining a safe return to racing for everyone – guests, competitors, team members and the neighboring communities. Our sincere appreciation goes to our healthcare workers, first responders, public health officials, law enforcement, volunteer fire departments and rescue squads, ambulance services, and essential workers for their unwavering commitment to the community. From March 20th to March 24th, we donated and distributed over 3,000 pieces of personal protective equipment – surgical masks, nitrile gloves and hand sanitizer – for their use from inventory on hand for the Premier Health Infield Care Center and First Aid Stations. As part of Eldora’s pledge to #FlattenTheCurve, our facility has been closed to the public since March 14th and the majority of our team started working from home on March 16th. Like all of Tony’s companies, Eldora is following the guidance and orders issued by state and federal officials. We are all in this together and the fastest way for us all to return to racing is to: Stay Home. Wash your hands frequently. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. Practice social distancing. Clean and disinfect. ————————————————– Full guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention is posted at: CDC COVID PORTAL — The Ohio Department of Health’s Coronavirus portal is located here: OHIO COVID PORTAL — FanShield Coronavirus Update FANSHIELD PORTAL ————————————————– In the meantime, live iRacing and a growing number of archived classics from Eldora are available on FloRacing.com and the FloSports app for Roku, Apple TV 4, FireTV, Android and iOS.
