Accessible Access – Eldora Speedway is committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the track.
Accessible parking is available in two areas; In the northeast corner of the Main Parking Lot (entry off of State Route 118), and outside of the Turn 4 admission gate (entry located off of State Route 118 or North Star Ft Loramie Rd). While the number of accessible parking spaces is more than adequate, Guests are still encouraged to arrive prior to race time to improve their chances of obtaining an accessible parking space.
There is also parking available for large school buses and large charter/tour buses in this area. Guests traveling to the Speedway in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Eldora offices at (937) 338-3815 for information on parking locations.

Alcohol Policy – You must be 21 to purchase, possess or consume all alcohol products on Eldora Speedway premises. Ohio Revised Code 4301.62 prohibits the carry in or carry out of alcoholic beverages. All coolers will be inspected for compliance to this law. For those fans over the age 21, alcohol can be purchased inside the track gates.
Animals – Eldora Speedway welcomes Seeing Eye Dogs or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. Proper documentation may be requested for these animals prior to entry. All other animals are prohibited inside the track gates.
ATM Machines – For your convenience, there are two ATM machines are located inside the track gates. One machine is located at the top of Section C under the Main Grandstands, and the second machine is located just inside the Turn 4 admission gates.
Awards Banquet – Each year, Eldora Speedway honors champions in the Late Model, UMP DIRTcar Modified and Stock Car divisions, along with the their courts. This annual event is open to the public, to share in the fun. For information and/or to order tickets, call the ticket office at (937) 338-3815.
Ballroom – Many consider the Eldora Ballroom one of the true hidden gems of the area. Over the years, the Ballroom has hosted a variety of events ranging from bands, dance nights, banquets, receptions, blood drives, private parties, and more. Booster Wall – The Booster Wall is located just outside the north end of the main grandstands. The booster wall contains permanently engraved tiles of two different sizes. Available tile sizes are 4” x 8” with up to three lines of engraving or 8” x 8” with up to six lines of engraving. Each line can hold up to 20 characters including spacing and punctuation. Booster tiles are added to the wall three times during the year – during a special ceremony at Dirt Late Model Dream weekend, Kings Royal weekend, and World 100 weekend. Cameras & Video Equipment – Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders into the Speedway for personal use. Cameras and video recorders are welcomed provided their dimensions do not exceed the 14″ x 14″ x 14″ size requirement. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures. Tripods, monopods and other camera support device is not permitted. During televised events, video recording is not permitted. Eldora reserves the right to remove any Guests who do not cooperate with this policy.
Camping -Eldora offers plenty of camping space for race fans wishing to spend the weekend at the Speedway. Camping lot availability and pricing varies by event.

Restroom access available. All lots at Eldora are dry camping (water and electric hookups not available). However, Portakleen is on the grounds to pump and fill tanks (fee) during reserved camping weekends. Showers are available during the major event weekends (fee).
All reserved camping spaces for major event weeks are eligible for renewal from year to year.
Carry-In Items – To ensure the safety of all Guests, carry-in items will be inspected prior to entrance. Bags, backpacks, coolers, purses, etc. larger than 14″ x 14″ x 14″ will not be permitted into the Speedway in accordance with the Eldora Speedway size requirement. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drink inside the track. Alcohol and any food or beverage in a glass bottle will not be permitted.
Concessions – There are four permanent concession stands on the grounds of Eldora Speedway. The main concession stand is located atop the main grandstands on the frontstretch and carries a wide variety of food and beverage selection. Fan favorites can be found here – including the world famous Eldora Pizza Burger. The turn four concession stand, commonly referred to as the ‘Pizza Building’, specializes in a selection of Hunt Brothers pizza and wings. The concession stand at the base of the Turn Three Suites offers a variety of food and beverage choices, as does the concession stand in the infield pit area. A full service bar is also located atop the main grandstand on the frontstretch. Several specialty trailers are also located throughout the grounds on large racing weekends.
Coolers – Guests are welcome to bring bags, backpacks, coolers, and purses into Eldora Speedway provided their dimensions do not exceed the 14″ x 14″ x 14″. Bags, backpacks, coolers, and purses are subject to inspection by Eldora Speedway personnel prior to entrance or at any time while inside the track gates.

Credit Card Policy – Credit cards are accepted as a method of payment for ticket purchases and Eldora concession stand purchases at Eldora Speedway. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are valid. For your convenience, ATM machines are located throughout the grounds.
From Toledo / Detroit: South on I-75 to Wapakoneta, west on US 33, continue west on St Route 29 to Celina, south on US 127 to North Star, turn right at traffic light, continue to Eldora Speedway.
From Fort Wayne: South on US 33 into Ohio, south on US 127 to North Star, turn right at traffic light, continue to Eldora Speedway.
From Dayton / Cincinnati: North on I-75 to I-70, west on I-70 to exit 24, north on St Route 49 to Greenville, north on US 127 to North Star, turn left at traffic light, continue to Eldora Speedway.
From Indianapolis: East on I-70 to Ohio exit 10, north on US 127 to North Star, turn left at traffic light, continue to Eldora Speedway.

Donations (In-kind) – If you are seeking a donation for a fundraiser or community event to be held in the Eldora Speedway region, please download and complete the following form. It must be completed and mailed back at least four (4) weeks in advance of your event. We are not in a position to provide cash sponsorship for a donation.

Firearms – The possession of firearms, explosives or weapons on Eldora Speedway property is prohibited, regardless of whether a federal or state license to possess the same has been issued to the possessor.
Fireworks – From time to time, the use of pyrotechnics may be part of events presented at the Speedway. The use of fireworks by guests is strictly prohibited at Eldora Speedway and in its parking and camping lots. Guests found in possession of or using fireworks/pyrotechnics are subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of state law resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
First Aid Station – A first aid station is located outside of the Turn 4 admission gate. For the protection of our guests, trained medical personnel are on duty at all racing events.
Gate Opening – Gate opening times vary from race to race. Please see the event schedule for more details.
Golf Carts – Golf Carts are welcome in the Speedway campgrounds, but must meet Speedway safety specifications and carry a 2017 Eldora Golf Cart permit sticker. Read more: HERE
Grass Hillsides – General Admission hillside areas must be ‘marked’ with the chairs intended to be used. Areas may not be marked with ropes, plastics, tarps, stakes, rocks, spray paint, etc. Chairs are not to vary from standard lawn chair size (no barstools, director chairs, etc).
Lost and Found – Guest may inquire about lost and found articles at the Main Gate Ticket Office during an event. On Non-Race days, Monday-Friday during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. guests can call Eldora office at (937) 338-3815. All articles are held for thirty (30) days from the date of the event and then donated to a charitable group.

Media Credentials – Media Credentials – Working media personnel, both regionally and nationally, are welcome at Eldora Speedway events. At the four major events, Eldora Speedway will provide the infield media center. All other events you can work out of the press box. All credential requests (season and single-race) may be made: HERE
Merchandise/Souvenirs – Several merchandise vendors are on-site at each racing event. Vendors are located in ‘Souvenir Row’ outside of turn one, as well as in the ‘Fan Zone’ outside of turn 4. A limited supply of Eldora Speedway merchandise can also be purchased online at http://www.tonystewartstore.com/page/eldora-speedway/. Please note – Souvenirs are not available at the Eldora Speedway office during the week.
Parking – Eldora Speedway offers several options for parking at racing events. The Main Parking Lot is located off of State Route 118. The main entrance to the track is located at the front of this lot. Parking is also available north of the Speedway, just outside of the Turn 4 Admission Gate. On larger scale events, parking is also available across North Star Ft Loramie Rd in the Northside Camp & Park lot, as well across State Route 118 in the Eldora Village lot.
Pay-Per-View Video – Select events on the Eldora Speedway schedule are streamed live via online pay-per-view video. More information can be found at: http://live.eldoraspeedway.com/. Please note: all technical questions should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Pit Access – Pit passes, which allow access to the pit area, are available at all Eldora racing events. A pit pass also allows for admission into the grandstand area.
Minimum Age – Only persons 14 years of age or older will be admitted to pit area. Minors 14, 15, 16 or 17 years of age must submit a Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement/Minor’s Assumption of Risk and Release and Waiver of Liability signed by a parent (or legal guardian). No exceptions. If the waiver is not signed in the presence of an Eldora Speedway official, it must be notarized.
Purchase – Pit passes must be purchased in-person only. No advance sales. Pit passes can be purchased from any ticket location at the Speedway (Main Gate, Turn 4, Turn 3)
Prelude to the Dream – There will be no Prelude to the Dream event in 2017. We are hopeful for its return in the future.
Public Address Paging – Because of the many requests, paging is not permitted except in cases that are deemed to be emergencies.
Radio – Portable radios and headsets are permitted in Eldora Speedway. The public address system can be heard on FM frequency 87.9.
Re-Entry Policy – Guests can obtain a ‘pass-out’ ticket upon leaving the track that will allow for re-entry to the event. Any guest returning their car or leaving the event for any reason must obtain a ‘pass-out’ ticket or they will not be allowed back in the event.
Restrooms – Public Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the Speedway grounds. Permanent restrooms are located at the south end of the main grandstand, in the Turn 4 Fan Zone, and in the pit area. Portable restrooms are also located throughout the Speedway and campgrounds.
All portable restrooms are serviced by Porta Kleen. Fans wishing to rent a portable restroom for their campsite can contact Porta Kleen at 800-972-3800
Seat Cushions / Seatbacks – Seat cushions are permitted. Stadium style seats may NOT exceed 18 inches in maximum width in the grandstands or bleachers. No high back seats. Please be courteous to those around you.
Suite Rentals – Located high above turns three and four, Eldora Speedway’s Luxury Suites feature an unequaled viewing platform for watching the notorious action on Eldora’s high-banked one-half mile clay oval. Each unit is climate controlled, has individual public address controls and private rest rooms, among other amenities. The price of each suite includes 16 admission tickets and suite passes. A food and drink package is included with the rental of each suite, with additional catering options available. Public On Sale Date – Tickets for the Dirt Late Model Dream, Kings Royal, NCWTS event and World 100 go on sale to the general public the first Saturday of December each year
Renewal Period – As part of the loyal customer program, all patrons who purchase advance tickets are given the opportunity to renew those same seats the following year, prior to the public on-sale date. This renewal period happens in November each year.
Ticket Limit – Online orders are limited to 12 tickets per event. Larger groups should call the ticket office at (937) 338-3815.
Payment Options – Accepted payment methods include cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Lost or Stolen Tickets – Please report any lost or stolen tickets to the Eldora Office at (937) 338-3815
Rain Check Policies – In the event of a complete rainout, a ticket holder has the option of receiving a refund or applying the value of their ticket towards another event. Refunds are issued in the same manner in which the purchase was made. Rain check policies may differ on events that were started prior to the rain cancellation. Please listen to Public Address announcements or refer to www.eldoraspeedway.com for detailed information regarding those situations. A rain check of a complimentary ticket (face value of $0.00) is not a valid rain check.
Timing & Scoring – Live timing and scoring information can be accessed on any smartphone at www.eldoraspeedway.com/livetiming or through each respective event pages.
Video Board – Eldora Speedway features a video display in turn 2 which measures 36’ x 64’. The board displays promotional messages, plus live racing action. Guests are not able to place messages on the video board at this time.

Will Call – Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up at the Main Gate Ticket Office, located at the front of the main parking lot. Photo ID is required to pick up all tickets at will call.
Umbrella Policy – Umbrellas are permitted inside the Speedway. For the safety and consideration of your fellow fans, please do not open your umbrella in crowded areas.
